    I really, really loved this. I’m only 17, and I’m thin, but I’m trying to excersise more to be healthy and more focused in school and stuff. My arms are practically wigs, but I don’t want to work out at the gym or something. This was super simple, fun, and my arms REALLY hurt today. I keep stretching them out though, and it’s not like, a throbbing pain. But they are sore for sure! I love feeling sore though, it means it was worth it, and that I did something for myself.     Hi! This will help define the muscles really tone your arms. No, they will most likely not make you bulkier (unless you take lots of protein and do them a million times a day!) As for skinny, if you mean losing fat in the arms, start doing some cardio for overall fat burning. Hope that helps! Thanks for doing the workout!
