    @KiRschOE333 You should def always alternate (or cross train). As for what you can do? It depends on what you’re going for. Yoga will be great for flexibility and it compliments pilates very well. Remember to do the cardio for fat burn too. Hope that helps!

Yesterday I watched your video for the super butt workout and I have to say: I really feel some muscles today… and I didn’t even know that they exist :) but my question is, if it is a problem when I can’t do all your exercises and should I do some sport beside pilates?

    Thanks! My friend was just looking for a new workout video and yours came up on Youtube, and she’s been doing pop pilates ever since.
    Elbow push ups and the double leg lift are my favourites to do if i don’t have the time for a full workout. Also i love your choice of music! :) if you know any similar music to the first song Yelle Ce jeu could you make a new video to it please? My Thai friend listens to similar upbeat music and i think it would be great for these videos. Thanks again :)

    I’ve been teaching for about 4 years now…transitioned from classic pilates to my own fusion. You can do Pilates everyday if you want. Most people max out at 3 x a week with 1 day rest in between or for cardio. Your body will let you know how much you can handle.

    Thanks for your amazing videos! I used to do just push ups and ‘mountain climbers’ untill i was recommended by a friend to look up POP pilates! never felt so good about my body! Ps. How long have you beena pilates instructor? and also is it okay to do pilates every day or is it best to rest for a day or two sometimes
