		<description>&lt;b&gt;at about 7 min in ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; at about 7 min in youre hyperextending your elbow which i do to D= but i found that when doing exercises where the elbow naturally extends, if i hold it so its not facing outwards i also get an arm workout as well =) food for thought.</description>
