    As for diet, try eating small meals throughout the day, lean meats, and lots of veggies! Steamed is best to keep the nutritional value dense. Carbs are still needed for quick energy so don’t rid of them so easily. Just be aware of what you consume and you can have your occasional In n Out. Yum!

    Hi! If you do the workouts everyday you will be building strength and definition in your muscles each time you do it. Remember to incorporate cardio so that you can melt the layer of fat off that is preventing the definition from showing through.

    Oh yes, it will make you sore! As far as doing it everyday, I just say that if you feel like you are too sore to even perform them with quality then rest and work on other target zones. You know your limits!
