How long should a pilates workout be if I’m trying to loose 5lbs and tone my stomach?

Pilate’s should be about 30-45 minimum. Most Pilate’s classes are 60-75 minutes. Pilate’s is a "core" program, meaning it’s working your midsection the most.

Losing 5 lbs is about reducing body fat. This comes from a moderately reduced calorie diet and cardio.
