I mean, is it really as effective as they say in the advertisements?
I wanna buy the DVD's, but I wana make sure that I'm not going to waste my money in vain…
Also, where can I find them???? (what kind of stores?)
Winsor pilates is an excellent tape but it's really not suited for people who aren't currently active, or fairly flexible. If you're completely out of shape and don't get a lot of exercise now you'll get frustrated trying to keep up. So find something with a lower intensity level. If you're already in in ok shape and want to tone up this tape is excellent. I've had mine for a few years and go back to using 3 or 4 weeks before swimsuit season it really helps me firm back up. Yes they do if you do them faithfully. I've owned them since they first came out and you will see results within the first 3 days. They are alot cheaper now than they were when i purchased mine, so go for it. Its not a hectic billy blanks work out…its very laid back and easy going.
Enjoy!

as long as you do the dvds, its not a waste of money. but you have to be sure that you will do them, because they are rather costly for just work out dvds. if you cannot find them, there are other sites like beachbody.com that have excellent work out videos.

You'll get results whether it's Winsor Pilates or any other pilates wokout program. I suggest going to Amazon.com and reading the reviews for a variety of DVDs. You can probably find a cheaper alternative that would suit you just fine.
