Anyone know of a good DVD? To Buy or Rent or even on youtube? Just something I can do at home when my gym is closed? Thanks!!!
Goal is to lean out lower body, so which ever video or workout you think would best achieve this?
A few years back my mom and i wanted to get into shape using tai-chi. I found a set of dvd’s by one Dr. Lam. It goes through beginners, the full 24 forms, along with various other dvds. I actually got the whole set for pretty cheap, 30-40 bucks. I learned alot and can now do basics which i still do 3-4 times a week. the instruction is step by step, and very easy to follow. Im not sure if any are on youtube but, i know the dvds rock.
Hope this helps. OH! Below is a link to the dvd’s on amazon.
Can you recommend a Good Yoga, Pilates or Tai-Chi workout DVD?
