I also do all 4 every day,
hope I see results in 3 weeks too
because I&#039;m going to school :)
the problem is i do not jog and i do not do strength training :(.

The smallest my mom has ever been was a 6 and she looked like a skeleton. But she looks great at an 8! And we&#039;re both only 5&#039;3. So I think it just depends on how well people carry their weight.</description>

I sure wanna stick to this one! I do all 4 everyday, hope to see results in 3 weeks! (i eat healthy, jog for 40 minutes, and do strength training for 35 minutes with light dumbbells though)
