Hi! You can go to the library to get DVDs on different types of exercises. Kegel exercises are good. Actually, borrow a copy or buy a copy of What To Expect While Expecting. In the 4th month section (I think it's in that sec) they talk abt. good exercises while pregnant which of course you can practice before as well. I would suggest Yoga as a calming kind of exercise. Light aerobics. If you had a treadmill you could walk or run. Do something fun!
References :
30 wks prg

Pre-pregnancy fitness: getting in shape indoors?
Hi everyone, with a wedding in the offing and ideas of starting a family soon after, I'm beginning to think about getting in shape before trying to concieve. I am at a normal weight, but I'm not in shape and I never exercise except walking an average amount. I live in a very cold place so running outside would be very uncomfortable. Any tips for an indoor pre-pregnancy fitness routine (especially for strengthening the lower back)? Thank you!!
