Pilates or aqua fitness???

Which one should I choose. Are they both different, should I do both or choose one? Which has the best benefits?

Pilates has benifits of strengthening your core muscles and improving your posture, so probably the more benificial of the two.

It depends what resultsd you want, neither would be effective for weight loss, lifting weights would give you more benifit if that’s what you want.
