		<description>Pilates talks about your core being your #1 focus. From what I understand yoga will focus more on the flexibility while pilates kicks it up a notch. I personally did pilates for 2 years and people asked me if I was a dancer because i had the body build of one. No, I&#039;m not, unless you call my twitching in clubs &#039;dancing&#039; lol. My advice is buy some $10 DVD&#039;s and try both. Neither are going to be a really wrong answer because both do the same thing, just a little different.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;2 years of Denise Austin Pilates DVD&#039;s, 3 - 4 times a week.</description>
