i am a good dancer. i want gain more flexibility more strength and core power..
so my question on pilates and yoga which is better among these two or can i do each one day bye day. pls help me… pls pls.. core power and flexibility
Pilates talks about your core being your #1 focus. From what I understand yoga will focus more on the flexibility while pilates kicks it up a notch. I personally did pilates for 2 years and people asked me if I was a dancer because i had the body build of one. No, I’m not, unless you call my twitching in clubs ‘dancing’ lol. My advice is buy some $10 DVD’s and try both. Neither are going to be a really wrong answer because both do the same thing, just a little different.
