lay on your back with your arms and hands at your side…lift your legs up so they're form a 90 degree angle with the rest of your body…keep your legs straight and point your toes! Lower your legs about 45 degrees making sure not to arch your back, and left them back up. Repeat this I'd say about 20-30 times. When you become even stronger, lower your legs even more…hope this helps!
