I am 26 years old and have a 10mth old daughter.
I did classical ballet for 14 years and. And a couple of years out As I had sciatica while pregnant.I have gained 2 stone and am desperate to get my flexibility and dance strentgh back also my figure. Is the Pilates the best thing to be doing ? And does it work ?

OMG i got my splits on both sides after doing 1 month of pilates. it gets you really flexable and really storng. yes it is the best thing to do.
